Rich chicken soup in a pressure cooker.

 The vegetables. 
potato, onions, celery, sweet red pepper, tomato and coriander leafs.
 don't cut the potato and onions.

I am using chicken legs


 add all the spices


 add some water and let it reach boiling point


 add the celery, sweet red pepper and tomato some water to cover and cook for 20 min. 
 

 add the potato and onions whole.


add water to cover and add 4 tablespoon of lemon juice and let it reach boiling point.
 

taste and fix seasoning add the coriander leafs lower the heat close the lid and let it cook for 90 min.

Sourdough bread


The yeast colony is thriving.



Second day after feeding it again.


Mixing the yeast colony (that look now like a sponge) with flour and salt and let is sit to develop the "sourness" that make this bread so yummy. :-)


after kneading cover and let it rest for 2 hours


punch down, fold, cover and let it rest for 1 hour


Time to form a shape (I like this simple one), cover for the last time and let it rise for about an hour.




Brush with sugar water, make a box cuts to help it go up.
place in a 400f preheated oven for 50-60 minutes




The hardest part now is to wait until it cools. lol

Took me 36 hours to reach this stage...

 and it was well worth the effort!!!
