I thought you would never start cooking again! I've missed you! So here I call this Chatchouka and make with fresh tomatoes and onions and garlic. Those who want it HOT have to add their own hot sauce. :-) The bread looks so good! I made challah yesterday. It was one of the best loaves I ever made and I hated to cut it.
