Bread/Ciabatta.
I wanted to make bread with caraway seeds.
By mistake I put a little bit too much water in the dough, and it transform to the best ciabatta I ever tasted! :-)
that is beautiful. How did the extra water make the texture? softer?
ReplyDeleteIt was like a honeycomb, it had big holes inside and a crispy crust, it was so good it does not exist anymore. lol
