Roasted chicken with potato carrot and onion.

The chicken will go on top after these are tender.

The green is celery leafs and I take them out after it is cooked

after about an hour...

No knead experiment.

It was OK, but to be great, I need to reduce the salt and the water! 

Bread/Ciabatta.

I wanted to make bread with caraway seeds.

By mistake I put a little bit too much water in the dough, and it transform to the best ciabatta I ever tasted! :-)
